The clinic is 1 mile off of I-90/94 in Lake Delton.

Directions from Portage, Madison area:

Take I-90/94 west (north) to exit #92 (Hwy 12). Turn right and go 1 mile to the third set of lights (Adams St.). Turn left and then immediately right into the clinic's parking lot. Enter the door on the right.

Directions from Mauston, Tomah area:

Take I-90/94 east (south) to exit #89 (Hwy 23). Turn left, go 1 1/2 miles to second set of lights (Adams St.). Turn right and then right into clinic's parking lot. Enter door on the right.

Directions from Middleton, Sauk City, Baraboo area:

Take US Hwy 12 north to Lake Delton. After passing under the interstate go 1 more mile to the third set of lights (Adams St.). Turn left and then immediately right into the clinic's parking lot. Enter the door on the right.

Directions from Stevens Point, Wisconsin Rapids area:

Take US Hwy 13 south to Wisconsin Dells. Turn right at the intersection where Hwy 13 and Hwy 16 merge and go through downtown Wisconsin Dells. After crossing over the river, turn left onto Hwy 12 south. Go about 2 miles to the intersection where Hwy 12 south turns left. Turn left, go over the river, and at the next set of lights (Adams St.) turn right, and then right into the clinic's parking lot. Enter the door on the right.
